Approval of the agenda:
Brad Newlon motioned to approve the agenda. Jeff James seconded the motion. All ayes. Agenda approved.
NEW BUSINESS
Possible action to offer to one of the candidates interviewed the position of District Manager.
Bob McDowell motioned to offer the position of District Manager to Greg Reed with a pending compensation package to be discussed at the July 5th Board meeting. Jeff James seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion passed.
